I liked being away from the crowded city and the suburb-like feel of the neighborhood that the hotel is in. The hotel room was small but everything looked new. We had a problem with the tv not working but after letting the owner know, it was fixed. The owner and the breakfast server were nice people.
I disliked the mosquitoes that were right outside our window. There must have been standing water someplace outside our window but I didn't have time to figure out where it was. I counted 16 blood stains on the walls and doors of the room the first night we were there. I ended up killing 11 mosquitoes over our two night stay. If you decide to stay here, make sure you keep your windows closed and pray that the guests in the room before you had them closed too. Also, you need to put your room key in a slot to keep the lights on. Make sure to take it with you when you go out or you won't be able to get back into the hotel at night. They don't have a 24-hour staffed desk.

Convenient location on Lido. Rooms are really nice, bed is a bit small (a double bed is really 1 1/2) but still very comfortable. Very well decorated, nice environment, very secure, friendly and helpful staff. Just a short walk from bars and restaurants on Lido's main street. The beach is a pretty long walk away, but there's public transportation. Overall, great place, far beyond expectations.

the hotel was located short walk to residential area close to main street, central venice and the train station on the main island. the room was new-fashioned and well laid out, we had a refrigerator and a washing machine. the stuff was superfriendly and incredibly nice all the time. this venue had a very central position really near the beach. apart from that, galpin auto sports was 10 minutes' drive away.

The breakfast selection is varied with options like cereal, pastries, fruit, eggs, and cheese, and the rooms are spacious and come with balconies.

Compared to a typical Venetian hotel the rooms are modern, clean and spacious. Location is great, close to the beach and Lido center. Although not exactly at the vaporetto stop, there's no need to take a bus, it's a 5-10 min walk.
Breakfast definitely needs more variation, no cheese, no ham, one type of salami, one type of bread, no warm meals, every day the same. On the other hand, that's pretty much typical for a small family hotel in Venezia.

The hotel staff were very helpful and made us feel at home. Anything we asked for was provided and if not available an alternative was always offered.
There is no bar at this hotel, but to be honest the vending machine had everything we needed and the prices were much cheaper than a bar would have offered anyway,

Great location and friendly staff. Room was spotless and comfortable.
The buffet breakfast was small and they need an ice machine.
